Learn to play jazz and blues in a fun, engaging, and progressive group class with Emmanuel Fratianni.
Whether you’re already comfortable at the piano and want to explore jazz and blues, or you’re looking to take your playing in a new direction, this weekly class will help you develop your skills while actually making music.
Through hands-on playing, you’ll explore blues, jazz standards, chord progressions, rhythms, improvisation, and accompaniment techniques—building a practical understanding of how jazz and blues work at the piano.
Classes are taught by Emmanuel Fratianni, an established conductor, composer, pianist, and educator with decades of experience performing and teaching music. His approach combines solid musical foundations with a relaxed, encouraging environment where students can learn, experiment, and have fun.
The class is designed for students with at least one year of piano experience. You don’t need to be an advanced pianist or already know how to improvise. We’ll build your skills progressively, helping you become more confident and creative at the keyboard.
